Command Center gives you a unified task list encompassing action items, Campaign steps, CRM and engagement data. Use this section as your daily to-do list.
By default, Command Center shows you the tasks due today and tomorrow, prioritizing today’s task first. You also have the option to filter your tasks by different dates.
To create a task, click the “create” button and select task type, priority level, subject, due date and add in any necessary notes. You can also create, edit, complete or delete a task from your email client or Tasks tab in Live Feed.
If you have connected your Salesforce and ToutApp accounts a two way sync will occur whenever you create a task. That means, any task you create, edit, complete or delete in Tout or Salesforce will update your task list within the other account.
