Head to the Campaigns tab and select the “Create New Campaign” button. Choose the category your Campaign will live in and type in a relevant name for your new Campaign.
Let’s start building out your cadence. Click the ‘Add a Step’ to your Day 1 of the Campaign. You can choose to start your Campaign with an email, call, a reminder to send an InMail message or even a custom step.
Select the ‘+ Add a Day’ button to add the next step to your Campaign or you can continue to add any number and combination of steps to a single day.
When using emails in your Campaigns, you have the option to choose how you want your email to be sent out.
Once you build out your campaign you’ll have a complete view of your cadence. Here’s a sample campaign:
Before you launch your Campaign, it’s important to customize the settings. The settings you see in this image are the default settings.
Now that your Campaign is built, it’s time to launch it. It’s easy to incorporate campaigns in your day – day – workflow with the option to launch a Campaign from wherever you work. Look out for the ‘Campaign’ button ToutApp and ‘Campaign’ button in Gmail, Outlook and Salesforce.
You will see the button in your email client.
Now that your Campaign has started, you’ll notice a list of tasks to help you manage your day. Tasks associated with your Campaign will appear in the ‘Tasks’ tab. You can also access all your tasks from your Command Center, the Live Feed or in Salesforce. Tout will automatically bubble up a daily set of tasks you need to complete to ensure nothing slips through the cracks for your Campaign.
You have the option to mark each task as complete, success or skip. It’s important to complete each task otherwise the Campaign will pause for that individual or group.
Be more effective with your calls using Tout phone to connect with your prospects. Plus you can take advantage of local presence and Tout auto logging your calls back to your CRM.
Get a clear view of who is on what step of your campaign so you can take the best next step.
