The Customer Success team consists of Support Officers and Customer Success Managers and their shared mission is to make sure that our customers are wildly successfully on ToutApp. The Support Officers handle troubleshooting and triaging, while our Customer Success Managers manage the happiness of our customers by teaching and sharing best practices on the platform.
At ToutApp, the Marketing team are the storytellers of the company and determine the positioning of the company visually, strategically and competitively—whether it’s through lead campaigns, thought leadership infographics or videos. Today, the team’s disciplines include: Content Marketing, Demand Generation and Video Storytelling.
