Click "Edit Email Signature and Delivery"
If you’d like to modify your signature beyond the preset fields we offer, you can uncheck “Automatically Generate an Email Signature for me”

Click the "Add Identity" button

Fill in the necessary information. Make sure you enter the "Email" field - that one's pretty important!

You'll recieve an email shortly asking you to verify your new identity. Click the verification link to finalize the process.
Make sure to double-check your spam folder, just in case. If you're not finding our email there, please send a message to team@toutapp.com. Make sure that:

You are sending this email from the account you'd like to be verified

Say in the subject of your email "Please verify [email address] for [account email address]"
This is something our support staff will need to change manually. Please send two emails to team@toutapp.com - one from the old email address and another from the new one - letting us know you are requesting this change.
Please keep in mind that a new login will only change how you access our site - you can add extra email addresses to send messages from by adding an identity. Learn more here.
We allot a certain amount of storage to each of our users when they sign up. If you see this message, it means that you've exceeded the basic amount. We can take a look at your account and increase your capacity if you email team@toutapp.com.
To avoid getting this notice in the future, please keep in mind that if you’re sending a lot of attachments, it’s better to upload them to a template than attach them each time you send an email. This drastically reduces the amount of storage space you’re using.
