Why do you offer Professional Services?

ToutApp is exciting new software that is truly transforming how sales teams comunicate with prospects, leads and customers. While we've made the core of ToutApp as easy as possible to adopt and start using, we also wanted to have a special offering for our customers that have as bold of a vision around streamling sales communications as we do. Tout's professional services are designed to partner with these forward thinking customers and help them get maximum value from our platform.

What are some ways I can make use of Professional Services?

With our basic package, you'll get one on one time with one of our Happiness Officers to set up ToutApp, get the lay of the land, and properly integrate it with your Email, CRM and even your mobile phone. 

With our advanced package, you can work with a Happiness Officer and Tout Engineer to take advantage of some of the more advanced aspects of our sales communications platform. Here are a few examples of how we can help:

  • Setting up website and activity tracking so that you can track everything from Initial Email to Website Visit to an actual revenue occuring event. By setting this up, you'll be able to track and analyze what kind of messaging actually drives revenue.
  • Integrate Tout into your internal databases so that you can get real-time customer information (billing, administrative, etc) right inside of Gmail, Outlook or your Live Feed.
  • Set up white-labeled domains so that you can keep a consistent brand identity across your tracked emails
  • Set up Single Sign On and go through other IT-related audit checks 
  • Set up Email Drip Campaigns so that your reps can focus on closing deals rather than having to constantly follow up

Yes, our Happiness Team is still dedicated to providing standard support via Email. Our professional services offering is designed for select customers that want to take Tout's exciting new technology and ingrain it deeply into their sales processes with our expert help. In addition to that, we've also shared Sales 101 Best Practices, continue to improve our Help Site and share tips and tricks on our blog.

Why is it so expensive? Why is it so cheap?

For every customer that thinks our pricing is too expensive, there will be two or more customers that find it to be "too cheap" or rather "of incredible value." These are the prices we need to charge for our professional services to ensure we can continue to thrive as a business and can continue to innovate in our business. Can you find something similar for cheaper? Maybe. But it won't be Tout.
