Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Tout is a subscription-based service. Our standard plans are paid month-by-month and you can cancel at anytime. For larger teams, we can set up a 12-month or 24-month contract with custom billing options.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or purchase orders. We also do not take orders over the phone.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. There are no other hidden fees whatsoever.

Do I have to get my IT department involved?

No. Tout seamlessly works with all email systems. The E-Mails you send through Tout will still look like they came from you.
